Our pans are 100% cast iron, and made locally in America. Once the casting is complete the pieces are then polished by hand, and buffed until smooth. What follows is a multi-step seasoning process to create a completely natural non-stick coating of polymerized cooking oils that is free of harmful chemicals like PTFE, PFAS, and PFOA. Providing assurance that you’re not only going to have an amazing time using the pan. It also makes it safe for use with metal kitchen utensils unlike teflon. As well as giving you the peace of mind that your cooking remains safe for you and your loved ones.

This pan can be used and abused for decades and handed down from generation to generation. It’s strong, solid, and durable. Allowing for use in a nearly every application, from the stovetop, to the oven, to the campfire and beyond. Sear, saute, steam, deep fry, bake, and more. From perfectly seared steak, to a fried egg slip-n-slide, this pan can handle everything you throw at it. It also doubles as a pretty solid item to use as a threat for anyone who dares to get in your way while you’re cooking.

Please Note: By default our pans are only polished and seasoned internally on the surfaces that you’ll cook on. This allows us to make them more readily available to you the buyer, for a cheaper price. We provide the option to purchase an exterior finishing option for an additional up-charge if you would like to give the pan that beautiful look more uniformly across the entirely pan.

Use & Care Instructions
